Over the last 100 years, radiologists have pioneered every imaging modality in the field of cardiology, including nuclear imaging, CT and MRI and interventional radiologists have been responsible for much of the medical innovation and development of minimally invasive procedures that are commonplace today, such as, the invention of angioplasty and the catheter-delivered stent.  Our board certified physicians are at the forefront of technology as the first in the area to perform procedures such as abdominal aortic stent-graft and 64-slice cardiac CT.
